We obtain best results by realizing production with the state-of-the-art machinery and molds, with experienced technical staff and skilled labor, and through norms of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Having had various quality norm certificates at our firm, we consider quality as offering customers the newest technology with the lowest budget and shortest lead times.How long have you been partnering with Moritech?
Approximately for more than 10 years, we have been cooperating with Mr. Murat Guldokmez, who has contributed remarkably in a quick and meticulous approach along with his team throughout our robotic processes. Parties we cooperate are at the same time close fellows, Mr. Guldokmez is also as such. Mr. Guldokmez and his personnel have resolved any robots-related issue quickly through their solution-oriented thinking. In order for firms contributing to the society like us to go further, institutions they cooperate play a vital role. Hence, Moritech is a firm progressing together with us and leading to our progress.
Which parameters have been effective in your preferance of Moritech?
Reasons underlay our preference of Moritech are the trust formed by their loyalty to the products sold, attention, technical support, lead time and quality performance.
What were the product quality terms you had expected and were they satisfied?
Product quality terms we had expected were that the procured custom robotic system would work fast, problem-free and flexible, and they all were satisfied, and in addition, we were very satisfied with the product having mechanically rigid construction.
What were the service quality expectations you had and were they satisfied?
The service quality expectation we had was having prompt response from the robotic system manufacturer. Whenever we wanted to communicate, we’ve experienced solution-oriented guidance in a quick manner, both with on-site support and with remote support through mobile phones. Provided our production still continues in the existing pandemic conditions, Moritech, with its support mechanisms, has not left us alone.
Have you needed spare parts and were the supply process sufficient for you?
Yes we needed spare parts, and our requests were fulfilled in a quick and high-quality manner.
When needed, were you able to contact both sales and technical services departments in ease?
Yes we could contact sales and technical services departments easily. We were provided with the necessary support.
Does Moritech pay the necessary attention in the process of product utilization?
Moritech with its entire personnel is providing us all the necessary support and attention in utilization of their products.
